Please Note: To add an Exhibitor Booth Ticket to your registration you must also have a Member Registration.  Please add the Exhibitor Ticket to the registered Key Contact who will be AT Convention 2018 (NOT someone in the office- this will result in erroneous registrations).

Exhibitor Information & Details

Fees for Exhibit Space:$1,250

Display:10 x 10 space includes pipe and drape, one (1) 8-foot OR high top table, two chairs, wastebasket, as well as listings in Convention Program and on the PTNPA web site. Exhibit Registrations after December 8th will be charged a $250 late fee. *Booth numbers will be assigned by December 15th, 2017. Placement is determined based on date of registration, fully-paid registrations and other participation in support of the PTNPA. Please send any placement or competitive separation requests to membership@ptnpa.org no later than November 30, 2017.

Check-in:Please check in at the Official Registration area. (All Exhibitors MUST be registered for Convention 2018 in addition to registering for an exhibit space.

Set-Up:Exhibitors may begin set up on Friday, January 12th beginning at XX. Booth set up must be completed no later than XX.

Break-Down:Break-down MUST occur between 1-3pm on Monday, January 15. Early break-down will not be allowed during general session hours and must be approved by PTNPA prior to the Convention; a management fee may apply.

Exhibit Location:Adjacent to the General Session room. Please note, the Friday evening Reception will be held near PTNPA Exhibitors!

Exhibitor Hours:Exhibit Hall hours will mirror those of the General Session schedule on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Additionally, the Friday evening reception will be in the room hosting PTNPA Exhibitors. This would be a great time to make sure you are at your booth to meet attendees.
