Discounts: The rates above will be reduced by $100 for early registrations made by November 3rd. In addition, another $100 discount may be applied if multiple representatives from the same company are attending.
Cancellation Note: Convention registration cancellations made on or before November 30th are refundable up to 50% with written notice to the PTNPA. Cancellations made on or after December 1st will receive no refund.
Event Insurance: New this year, PTNPA Members have the option of purchasing Event Insurance through a 3rd party when registering to attend Convention 2018. Similar to Travel Insurance, Event Insurance can reimburse registration fees and other costs if attendees are unable to attend the event for one of the 24 covered reasons, like a covered medical emergency.
