Jeannie Shaughnessy, Executive Director

As Executive Director, Jeannie leads the PTNPA in fulfilling its mission and vision. She works closely with the Board of Directors, Advisory Board and Strategic Committees to shape and guide the PTNPA in its daily and long-term strategies.

Prior to leading the PTNPA team, Jeannie founded Fortunach Consulting, which provided organizations with Interim Executive Director services, change management consulting and operational support. Jeannie served as Interim Executive Director for Miriam's House and DC Alliance of Youth Advocates. Previously, she held the distinct honor of being the Executive Director responsible for transforming The Carl M. Freeman Foundation (a 50+ year grant-making organization) and launching the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation (a public charity). Before serving these Foundations, she was president and co-owner of Pathwise Partners, LLC.

Jeannie has more than 25 years of management and consulting experience with a focus on business operations, organizational development, change management, and communications. She is a trained Executive Coach and a certified facilitator. She is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, Inc., The FBI Citizens’ Academy, and the Harvard Business School Social Enterprise Program.

Jeannie has proudly served as a Board Member for the Alexandria Community Foundation, an Advisory Board Member of Empowered Women International, a Board Member of the nonprofit organization Running Brooke, and as an Executive Committee Member and Commissioner on the Alexandria Commission for the Arts.

She is an avid hockey fan, arts enthusiast, loves entertaining family and friends, and can't get enough of her recently expanded family.

Pamela Larson, Office and Operations Manager

As Office and Operations Manager, Pamela orchestrates the ongoing operations of the PTNPA and serves as the key liaison for the PTNPA Board of Directors, Advisory Board and PTNPA Strategic Committees.

Pamela has experience both within and outside of the nonprofit industry having worked for a wide variety of businesses and philanthropic organizations in the United States and in Europe including the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and Mitsubishi Motors Europe.

Pamela’s most recent role was as the Operations Associate for ACT for Alexandria Community Foundation. Pamela brings extensive strategic management skills, and marketing and financial management experience to the PTNPA.

Pamela currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Parents Council of Washington. She is a devoted sports fan, loves to spend time with family and friends and can’t get enough of her two children and two flat-coated retriever dogs. Pamela can be reached at pamela@ptnpa.org

Victoria Elie, Membership Manager

As Membership Manager, Victoria works to support our goal of constant improvement by way of PTNPA member engagement, participation, networking and educational experiences. She is the point person for all PTNPA members - including new and prospective members - and is responsible for leading PTNPA Member satisfaction efforts. Victoria has more than 20 years of experience managing and implementing
membership programs and initiatives - along with expertise in marketing, communications, and events planning in the nonprofit and Association markets.

Gretchen Clark, Communications and Events Specialist

Gretchen leads marketing and communications efforts for the PTNPA and supports all PTNPA events and activities.

Prior to joining the PTNPA, Gretchen worked as the Special Events Coordinator for Shenandoah Crossing Resort in Gordonsville, VA. During that time, she led the successful management of important events ranging from corporate retreats to weddings. Gretchen also worked as a member of the Whole Foods Market and Aramark Corporation marketing teams - bringing the PTNPA solid skills and expertise in communications activities and event planning.

Gretchen attended the University of Virginia and spent time in Washington, DC prior to returning to Charlottesville, VA. Gretchen enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Corinne Kelleher, Member & Operations Specialist

As Member & Operations Specialist, Corinne provides support to ensure efficient operation of PTNPA communications, marketing, and events. Corinne brings vast experience in providing excellent customer service and organizational skills. Corinne supports the PTNPA team with a variety of tasks related to the organization and communication with vendors and valued Members of the Association.

Corinne lives in Charlottesville, Virginia and enjoys baking, singing, and spending time with her wonderful family and friends.
