Larry George | George Packing Company Hazelnuts
Larry is an American politician and businessman in Oregon. He was a Republican member of the Oregon State Senate representing District 13 from 2007 to 2015. Before his election, he was the leader of the political group Oregonians In Action. He is part of the second father-son tandem to serve in the Oregon Senate.  He is CEO/President of George Packing Company, the largest processor and marketer of hazelnuts in the US, specializing in large industrial markets. Its sister company, Northwest Hazelnut Company, is the third largest US hazelnut processing and marketing company specializing in the US domestic market. All of the owners of George Packing Company and Northwest Hazelnut Company are also Oregon hazelnut growers.

John Larsen | Marathon Ventures
John is the President and Co-Owner of Marathon Ventures, Inc., based in Omaha, Nebraska is a company with a rich history of providing great products and service dating back to 1915 -- and that tradition continues today. Marathon Ventures, Inc. is home to a growing number of brands including: Herman’s Nut House, Pear's Gourmet, Maggie's Gourmet Popcorn, River City Roasters, Better Together and La Casa de Botanas. In addition, we have a strong base of private label customers including a proven track record of servicing private label programs for two of the top three retailers.
John serves as a Board Member for the Peanut and Tree Nut Processors Association.

Joe Graziano, Jr. | Terri Lynn, Inc. 
Joe has held many roles within Terri Lynn, Inc, as a family owned and operated business since 1936. With more than 70 years of experience in the industry, the company helps bakeries, dairies and confectioners meet any challenge, new idea or ingredient requirement. Terri Lynn has earned its reputation as one of the most committed and respected ingredient suppliers in the United States by producing consistent, quality ingredients. Products are roasted, cut, mixed, candy coated, processed and shipped directly from the Elgin, Illinois Headquarters
Joe has served on the Board of the Peanut and Tree Nut Processors Association for decades and has held the role of Chairman of the Advocacy and Government Affairs Committee for almost 10 years.

Kristen Wilcox | Pearson Wilcox Advocacy
Kristen is known as a highly effective, food industry, government affairs executive. In 2016 she was recognized as a “leading voice” on the future of food and beverage consumption by the Culinary Institute of America and the Harvard School of Public Health. She was also nominated by the Professional Women in Advocacy Forum for a 2016 Award for Excellence in Federal Campaign Advocacy. Kristen has represented 7 food and beverage trade associations in Washington DC during her 15 year career including the International Bottled Water Association, American Frozen Food Institute, National Yogurt Association, National Frozen Pizza Institute, Frozen Potato Products Institute, International Dairy Foods Association and the National Food Processors Association (now the Grocery Manufacturers Association). She has spent her career building bipartisan relationships on Capitol Hill and interacting with C-Suite executives and senior government officials. Kristen serves on the Board of the Alliance for a Stronger FDA, is a member of Women in Government Relations and the Government Relations Leadership Forum.
Kristen holds a law degree from American University with continuing legal education focused on food and drug law. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of San Francisco and studied at Oxford University's Keeble College.

Noah Simon | District Director for U. S. Congressman
Noah Simon is the District Director for U.S. Congressman Don Beyer (D-8 Virginia). In his role, he oversees constituent services and community outreach. Noah is a Virginia Supreme Court certified mediator and previously mediated in the Civil and Small Claims Division of Fairfax County General District Court.  Prior to that role, he was elected to the Arlington County School Board. Leading up to his service on the School Board, he worked at the American Red Cross National Headquarters as the Director of Federal Affairs and for the U.S. House of Representatives as a staff member of the House Armed Services Committee.  Noah graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in political science.
