Convention 2019 Registration Fees:

  • PTNPA Individual Member: $1,350
  • PTNPA Member Guest/Spouse: $550 (spouse/guest does NOT include a colleague or other company representative)
  • PTNPA Registration after January 4th is $1,750/person, with no discounts available.

Early Bird Discount: The rate below will be reduced by $100 for early registrations made by November 2nd.

Multiple Attendees Discount: If you have more than one person from the same company attending the Convention, please use the promo code "2019multiple" at checkout to receive a $100 discount. (Promo code good through January 4, 2019).

Cancellation Note: Convention registration cancellations made on or before November 30th are refundable up to 50% with written notice to the PTNPA. Cancellations made on or after December 1st will receive no refund. Activities and outings are non-refundable once booked. 

Event Insurance: PTNPA Members have the option of purchasing Event Insurance through a 3rd party when registering to attend Convention 2019. Similar to Travel Insurance, Event Insurance can reimburse registration fees and other costs if attendees are unable to attend the event for one of the 24 covered reasons, like a covered medical emergency. NOTE: These reasons are mandated by the Allianz Event Ticket Protection product. PTNPA does not have the ability to add/remove any of the covered reasons and is not in any way affiliated with Allianz Global Assistance.
