Please Note: To add an Exhibitor Booth Ticket to your registration you must also have a Member Registration.  Please add the Exhibitor Ticket to the registered Key Contact who will be AT Convention 2020 (NOT someone in the office- this will result in erroneous registrations).

Exhibitor Information & Details

Save $250 by booking your Exhibit Space before December 6! 

Exhibit Space Registration Fees:

Before December 6:   $1,250
After December 6:   $1,500

Display: 10 x 10 space includes pipe and drape, one 6-foot table, two chairs, wastebasket, as well as listings in Convention Program and on the PTNPA website. Booth numbers will be assigned by December 18, 2019. Placement is determined based on date of registration, fully-paid registrations and other participation in support of the PTNPA. Please send any placement or competitive separation requests to gretchen@ptnpa.org no later than November 29, 2019. Exhibitors registered by December 13, 2019 will have their name included on printed signage in the Exhibit Hall and Event Program.

Check-in: Please check in at the Official Registration area. (All Exhibitors MUST be registered for Convention 2020 in addition to registering for an exhibit space.

Set-Up: Exhibitors may begin set up on Friday, January 17 beginning at 10am. Booth set up must be completed no later than 4pm. Please note - the Friday Tasting Reception with Exhibitors will be held outdoors and we will feature your logos throughout the event. If you are interested in providing additional promotional materials from your company, we will place it on tables throughout the reception. Please just bring the materials with you to the event and we will collect it from your booth during setup earlier in the day on Friday.

Break-Down: Break-down must occur between 12:30-3pm on Monday, January 20. Early break-down must be approved by PTNPA prior to the Convention.

Exhibit Location: Adjacent to the General Session room. Please note, the Friday evening Reception will feature the exhibitors and will be held in the Citrus Garden

Exhibitor Hours: Exhibit Hall hours will mirror those of the General Session schedule on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The Exhibit Hall will be open during the following times:

Friday: New! Outdoor Reception with Exhibitors - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Saturday: 4pm to 6pm
Sunday: 8am to 12pm
Monday: 8am to 12pm
