Cancellation Note: Convention registration cancellations made on or before November 30 are refundable up to 50% with written notice to the PTNPA. Cancellations made on or after December 1 will receive no refund. Activities and outings are non-refundable after December 1.
Event Insurance: PTNPA Members have the option of purchasing Event Insurance through a 3rd party when registering to attend Convention 2020. Similar to Travel Insurance, Event Insurance can reimburse registration fees and other costs if attendees are unable to attend the event for one of the 24 covered reasons, like a covered medical emergency. Space is limited to two-hours per day per company. Should you be interested in more time please contact us to request an exception.
