Don Mann is a former Navy SEAL Team SIX member, renowned World-Class Adventure Competitor and New York Times Best Selling Author. Mann is a passionate speaker and author who has changed countless lives by sharing his unique "Reaching Beyond Boundaries" philosophy. Don shares insights into his personal philosophy while offering his audiences examples on how to reach beyond their own self-perceived limitations to achieve greater professional success. Mann was nominated by the Veterans Business Battle as the 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year. He has written 19 books including the New York Times bestseller Inside SEAL Team SIX: My Life and Missions with America's Elite Warriors. Don Mann recently attempted summiting Mount Everest, has over 40 years (1,000 competitions) worth of competitive racing experience, and was once ranked 38th in the world as a triathlete.

Shannon Campagna

Shannon Campagna is a Vice President at Van Scoyoc Associates. She has amassed an impressive record of legislative accomplishments for her clients and has a reputation for excellence in building strategic relationships and alliances. She feels fortunate to have had a seat at the table for many of the most high-profile policy debates of the last two decades. Shannon began her Washington career on Capitol Hill, working for a member of the Ways and Means Committee. She has lobbied on issues as varied as tax, healthcare and trade. Prior to joining VSA, Shannon built her practice representing clients at a national law firm, advocating on behalf of trade associations, major US manufacturers, financial services technology firms and a healthcare startup. During her successful career, she also represented the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) before Congress and federal agencies. Additionally, she served as the Vice President of Federal Government Relations for Safeway, Inc and was the Director of Federal Government Affairs at Mars, Incorporated, where she was the lead lobbyist for brands like Snickers ®, M&M’s ®, Pedigree ® and Uncle Ben’s ®.

Scott Clemons

Scott Clemons joined Brown Brothers Harriman in 1990 and has held a variety of investment roles at the firm. His career began in international equities, where he was an analyst and portfolio manager of European and Asian equities, working out of the firm’s New York and London offices throughout the 1990s. In 2001 he broadened his responsibilities into domestic equity management and research, and from 2005 through 2010, he managed the New York office of the firm’s Wealth Management business. Scott was appointed Chief Investment Strategist in 2010 and is today one of the firm’s primary writers and speakers on topics related to the economy, financial markets and investing. Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.

Prior to joining Mintel, Dornblaser covered new product trends at several trade magazine publishing companies, as editor and editorial director of publication New Product News. She has been quoted by major US news organizations, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times and CNN. She can usually be found in the aisles of a supermarket somewhere in the world.

He assists companies in complying with the numerous statutes, regulations and guidance documents implemented by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Martin represents numerous businesses in the food industry including companies that market finished foods directly to consumers, food ingredients, infant formulas, dietary supplements and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs.
