How to Add Activities and Outings to Existing Registration (Optional)

Step 1: Log In to your PTNPA Account

Go to PTNPA.org
Login using your Member credentials

Go to PTNPA.org

Step 2: Access Your Member Profile

If you're already logged in to PTNPA.org, click on **"Manage Profile"** located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.

Go to Manager Profile

Step 3: Navigate to Event Registrations

Scroll down to the **"Event Registrations"** section of your profile.

Step 4: Go to Your Convention Registration

Locate your **2025 Convention Registration**.
Click on the **pen/paper icon** next to the 2025 Convention Registration. This will open the attendee registration details.

Step 5: Click on Attendee Selection

Inside your event registration details, click the **"Attendee Selection"** tab.

Step 6: Select Member Activities and Outings

Scroll down to the **"Activities and Outings"** section.
Click the checkbox next to **"Member Activities and Outings"**.

Step 7: Choose Your Activity

Under **"Member Activities and Outings"**, select the specific activity or outing you'd like to participate in.
For example, select **"Member Tennis Registration (Saturday)"** for the tennis outing.
If you're not registering a spouse/partner or adding spouse/partner activities, please click "Save & Proceed to Checkout" to complete payment and finalize registration for these events.
If you need to register a spouse/partner and/or add their activities and outings, please proceed to the next section.

How to Add Spouse/Partner to Your Registration (Optional)

If you are bringing a spouse or partner to Arizona, you will need to register them for Convention. If they are attending activities and outings, please complete the steps on the rest of this how-to guide to add to their registration.

Step 1: Add Spouse/Partner Name to Your Registration

Follow steps 1-4 in the previous section to login to your Convention registration. Click here to see the steps.
In the **Attendee Info"** tab, fill out your spouse/partner first name and last name for their name tag.
Click "Next"

Step 2: Register Spouse/Partner

Click the check box under "Optional Registrations" for "2025 Convention Registration - Spouse/Guest"
If your spouse/partner is not participating in any activities and outings, click "Save & Proceed to Checkout" to finalize payment and complete registration.
If your spouse/partner is participating in activities and outings, please proceed to the next section.

How to Add Spouse/Partner Activities and Outings (Optional)

If you are bringing a spouse or partner to the Convention and they are participating in activities and outings, please see below how to register for these events.

Step 1: Open Attendee Selections

Follow steps 1-5 in the first section of this page to login to your Convention registration and navigate to the "Attendee Selections" tab. Click here to see the steps.

Step 2: Select Spouse/Guest Activities and Outings

Scroll down to the **"Activities and Outings"** section.
Click the checkbox next to **"Spouse/Guest Activities and Outings"**

Step 3: Choose Spouse/Guest Activities

Under **"Spouse/Guest Activities and Outings"**, select the specific activities or outings they'd like to participate in.
For example, select **"Spouse/Guest Nut Run Registration (Saturday)"** for the charity 5K Nut Run/Walk.
When you're done selecting activities and outings, please click "Save & Proceed to Checkout" to complete payment and finalize registration for these events.
